How long does it take to set up a new card program?
Approximately 28 days. Implementation may vary based on the complexity of the artwork. A typical Payroll Program takes approximately 14 days to implement, depending on the size of the program.
How long does it take to receive an award card order?
Approximately 7–14 days business days, depending on the shipping and payment method selected.
What method of payment can I use?
Three payment options are available—credit card, check, and direct deposit.
Where are my award cards accepted?
Anywhere Visa is accepted, except for in-house-stored value cards.
What currency is used?
All cards are loaded with U.S. funds.
Is there an expiration date on the cards?
There is a 12-month expiration date. Some cards may have a longer expiration date applied, if needed.
What information is needed for a reloadable card program?
The card recipient’s name, address, date of birth, and social security number. Minimums do apply.
What type of tracking and data information is provided? Is there an additional cost for this program?
